What is a Micro Brewery?

At our MicroBrewery, or craft brewery as we like to call it, we can make and sell any quantity of beer we like, from 50 litres, right down to the bottle of beer, cider or alcoholic tea.

We can make over 200 different varieties of world class beers, using the highest quality brewing equipment and ingredients from around the world, with an extensive range of fresh malts, hops, grains and yeast.

The end result is a 100% chemical and preservative free beer that will taste crisper, cleaner and better than anything you have tasted before – all at a fraction of the price of similar beers from your bottle shop.

We have beer styles from all corners of the globe. Beers that are light and easy to drink, beers full of flavor, aroma and texture, low alcohol beers, full strength beers, dark beers, light beers, beers similar to the ones you drink every day, and beers that offer a unique drinking experience.

We even have an alcoholic Green Tea, Yes Tea and it is fantastic with a light cidery taste that you can not beat.

Our brewing process is not only sterile but temperature controlled, which is critical in the production when making the highest quality beer, and this means consistently great results. We also ensure that your beer is conditioned and aged for the optimal period to enhance its flavour. Our beer is then triple cold filtered and fully carbonated.  We even have wheat free beer for those that are gluten intollerant, alcoholic ginger beer and cider.
